With a roughly $1 billion commitment to modernize and improve its eight hotels through massive restorations, dining expansions, and casino enhancements, Caesars Entertainment, the biggest casino-entertainment firm in the United States, is placing a substantial wager on the future of the Las Vegas Strip.

New high-limit gaming rooms and the Flavian Sky Suites have been added in the last six months, and the 440-room Colosseum Tower—formerly the Forum Tower—opened in 2023.
Caesars has hired a number of well-known chefs in an attempt to expand its dining offerings. Stanton Social Prime and eateries by Bobby Flay, Dominique Ansel, and the renowned Peter Luger Steak House in New York are among the new selections.
In 2025, the iconic Flamingo casino-hotel is going through a major makeover across the Strip. Havana 1957, Gordon Ramsay Burger, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump are examples of new dining concepts. The Flamingo’s GO Pool area will be upgraded with a swim-up bar and temperature-controlled water as part of a $20 million project.
