After the conclusion of the T20 World Cup 2024 and Zimbabwe’s tour, it is confirmed that Team India is set to play the home series against Bangladesh, New Zealand, and England. Recently the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) officially announced the fixtures for the forthcoming international home seasons of the Indian cricket team for 2024 to 2025 on 21st June (Thursday).
Furthermore, the BCCI confirmed that the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma will compete against Bangladesh in the 2-match test series in September 2024. At the same time, the board is searching for a new captain to lead the team in the 3-match T20I series in October after Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli declared their retirement in the shortest format of cricket.
